As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in Attica.

Your Role

As a member of our Contract Management team, you will support the administration and successful delivery of major HVDC Transmission Projects. Working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, contractors, and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in contract administration, claims management, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Managing contract administration activities, including claims, insurance matters, variation orders, contractual correspondence, and formal notifications.
  • Monitoring contractual rights and obligations, identifying potential risks, and supporting the Project Team in their effective management.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating contractual correspondence with contractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Participating in contractual and commercial negotiations with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Law, Engineering, Economics, or another relevant field.
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience in contract and claims management.
  • Previous experience in EPC projects and exposure to construction site environments.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of contract law and contract risk management principles.
  • Experience in public procurement contracts governed by Greek Law 4412/2016.
  • Technical understanding of construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
