We are now looking for Electrical Engineers to join our team in Crete and support key activities related to the operation and supervision of the Transmission System.
Your role in the team
You will be part of the team responsible for the real‑time operation, monitoring and control of the Transmission System in Crete. Your work will directly support the safe, reliable and efficient functioning of the System, ensuring compliance with operational codes and contributing to the stability of the electricity network.
What you will be working on
- Supervision and operation of the Transmission System.
- Management of the operation of the EMS system.
- Management and supervision of the Real‑Time Balancing Market operation.
- Control and implementation of Codes and Regulations related to System operation.
- Preparation and authorization of switching operations on System assets.
- Ability to operate in any location of the Energy Control Centers (control room).
What we are looking for
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
- License to practice the profession by the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG) by the date of recruitment.
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
Desired qualifications
- Knowledge of electricity systems load‑flow software.
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Energy Studies.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Programming knowledge.
