The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) promotes innovation aiming at the efficient and green electricity supply of the country by interconnecting every part of Greece, while remaining constantly devoted to its vision for the energy transformation of the country. In the context of its continuous development, it seeks to recruit a Graduate Electrical Engineer, holder of a Technological Education degree, to support its team in Larissa.

Position Responsibilities

• Works for the maintenance, supervision of proper operation, troubleshooting and repair of failures of the Protection and Electrical Control equipment.
• Acceptance and commissioning of new Protection and Electrical Control equipment.
• Works for the improvement – replacement of the Protection and the Electrical Control equipment.
• Support of the technical Protection and Electrical Control works.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of T.E. or Energy Technology Engineering of T.E. specialized in the field of Energy Engineering
• Knowledge of English
• Desired qualifications: Knowledge of engineering software for protection relays, knowledge of electrical design, experience in the commissioning of protection relays, site experience
• Communication skills, ability to collaborate and meet new requirements
