The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) promotes innovation aiming at the efficient and green electricity supply of the country by interconnecting every part of Greece, while remaining constantly devoted to its vision for the energy transformation of the country. In the context of its continuous development, it seeks to recruit a Financial Support officer in the Company's Telecommunications Department for the organization, management and supervision of the financial operations of the Department and for the support of the requests of the Financial and Accounting Services Department as well as of the Supply Chain Department of the Company.

Position Responsibilities

• Keeping of the financial records of the Department and preparation of relevant reports;
• Monitoring of the budget execution of the Department;
• Monitoring of the cost of the Department's projects;
• Cooperation with other sections and branches of the Department for the proper financial operation of the Department;
• Management of the Department's procurements, monitoring of the Department's contracts;
• Support of requests of the Financial and Accounting Services Department and the Supply Chain Department.

Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Economics or a related field;
• Work experience in a similar position of at least 5 years;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience in ERP / financial information systems;
• Organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail;
• Very good knowledge of English.
