The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) is committed to supporting the country’s energy transition by developing a modern, reliable and sustainable electricity transmission system. As part of its continuous growth, IPTO is seeking to recruit an In‑House Lawyer specializing in Property Law to join its Legal Department.

Your role in the team

You will support the Legal Department by providing expert legal guidance on property‑related matters, ensuring the company’s rights and interests are protected across all real estate activities. Your contribution will be essential in managing property disputes, supporting land acquisition processes and ensuring legal compliance in all relevant transactions.

What you will be working on

• Providing legal advice and support to the company’s Departments.
• Judicial and extrajudicial representation of the company in property disputes and land registry lawsuits.
• Providing legal support in matters related to real estate transactions, expropriations and land registry entries.
• Reviewing and drafting corporate legal documents.

What we are looking for

• License to practice law.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in property law.
• A postgraduate degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
