Electrical Engineer – Field Construction & Supervision Projects | Attica (Ad Code: ΗΛΜΗΧ01)

We are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Attica, supporting the coordination, supervision and monitoring of major Transmission System (TS) high-voltage (HV) and extra-HV substations projects across Greece.

Your role in the team

As part of the Electromechanical Construction Division, you will contribute to the coordination, supervision and execution of extra- and substations projects, working closely with contractors and internal teams. The role involves on-site presence and potential long-term assignment outside Attica, depending on project needs.

You will support the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring technical compliance, progress monitoring and effective communication among all involved stakeholders.

What you will be working on

• Coordinating, supervising and monitoring contractors’ activities related to new substations projects.
• Recording pending issues, actions and technical observations during project execution.
• Monitoring project timelines, progress and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Supporting communication and coordination between contractors, project teams and involved departments.
• Supervising the execution of electromechanical construction works for HV, extra-HV substations and related infrastructure.
• Participating in site inspections and reporting activities.
• Contributing to the management and follow-up of technical and operational issues arising during constructionphases.
• Supporting the implementation of one or more of the following new TS projects:

• Rouf GIS Substation 400/150/20kV
• Thrace terminal HV Substation
• Limnos HV/MV Substation
• Western Lesvos HV/MV Substation + STATCOM
• Mytilene HV/MV Substation
• Chios HV/MV Substation
• Samos HV/MV Substation
• Skyros HV/MV Substation
• Tinos HV/MV Substation
• Karpathos HV/MV Substation
• Extension of Soroni (Rhodes) Substation + STATCOM
• Extension of South Rhodes Substation
• SVC at the 150kV side of Arachthos extra-HV Substation
• SVC at Argos II Substation
• STATCOM facility relocation project on the island of Crete

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• 5-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Integrated Master’s degree) from an accredited Technical University.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise technical projects and contractor activities.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site outside Attica when required.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising electrical substations and/or energy infrastructure projects.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
