Your role in the team

• Maintaining records, databases and platforms related to OHS (accidents, PPE, trainings, etc.). • Managing correspondence, documentation and schedules related to inspections, actions and reports.

• Participating in the planning of training activities, information sessions and simulation exercises (without supervisory duties, which remain the responsibility of the Safety Technician). • Supporting the distribution, inventory and replenishment of PPE.

• Coordinating the collection of data for certifications, expiration dates and equipment suitability.

• Collecting data on accidents, incidents and near‑misses and preparing initial statistical reports (without cause investigation, which is the exclusive responsibility of the Safety Technician or investigation committees).

• Contributing to the formulation of periodic OHS indicators (KPIs).

• Assisting communication with Departments, Sections, contractors, authorities and audit mechanisms.

• Collaborating with the Safety Technician and Occupational Physician in planning actions.

The legally established responsibilities of the Safety Technician are not replaced or exercised by the person employed in this position.

What we are looking for

• Degree from a Polytechnic School or University (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering). Other engineering specialties or University degrees with proven OHS experience may also be considered.

 • At least 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety.

• Very good knowledge of OHS legislation and core requirements.

 • Good command of foreign languages (preferably English).

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, consistency and ability to collaborate.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and information‑management skills.

 • Ability to prepare reports, presentations and documentation.

• Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate actions.

• Ability to use devices for measuring harmful agents.

• Ability to use fire‑fighting equipment.

• Knowledge of hazardous waste collection/management.

• Excellent PC skills and familiarity with recording systems.

 • Experience with OHS software.

• Experience with accident analysis and monitoring tools.
