The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) promotes innovation aiming at the efficient and green electricity supply of the country by interconnecting every part of Greece, while remaining constantly devoted to its vision for the energy transformation of the country. In the context of its continuous development, it is looking for a Internal Communications Specialist to support its team, located at the company's headquarters in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Strategic Internal Communication

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company’s vision, values, and business goals.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all internal communications.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and ESG divisions to communicate company updates, initiatives, and policies clearly and effectively.

🔸 Content Development & Channel Management

• Create engaging, audience-tailored content for a variety of internal channels, including emails, the company intranet, announcements, and videos.
• Maintain and improve intranet content structure and user experience.
• Leverage storytelling to highlight key achievements, employee contributions, and business milestones.

🔸 Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
• Design and roll out communication campaigns around key HR and ESG programs.
• Gather feedback and measure the impact of internal communications, continuously optimizing based on insights.

🔸 Corporate Events & Internal Campaigns

• Plan and execute internal events such as strategy meetings, and employee gatherings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination, logistics, and messaging.
• Support the preparation of internal presentations and event materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in internal communications within a corporate or large organizational environment
• Strong copywriting skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong understanding of internal communication strategies and employee engagement best practices
• Proficient in content management systems (e.g., SharePoint), internal newsletter tools, and MS Office Suite
• High level of organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
