We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Attica, supporting the planning, coordination and execution of major Transmission System projects across the country.

 

Your role in the team

As part of the Project Management team, you will play a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of development and construction projects. Your work will involve coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company procedures, monitoring progress and risks, and contributing to the successful and timely delivery of complex technical projects.

 

What you will be working on

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Participate in contract preparation processes and coordinate all involved parties.
  • Handle project documentation in line with company procedures and project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and cash flows, assess potential risks and manage deviations.
  • Prepare project management reports and propose optimization actions.
  • Draft progress reports for subsidized or funded projects, monitor contractual obligations and maintain documentation for upcoming audits by competent authorities.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing energy or construction projects.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Project or Oracle Primavera.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree.
  • Certified training in Project Management.
