As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Attica.

Your role in the team

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget and schedule. Working closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, external partners and senior management, you will contribute to the successful implementation of projects that support IPTO’s operational and strategic objectives.

What you will be working on

  • Managing and coordinating complex projects and programs, ensuring their successful execution in line with business objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Planning, monitoring and controlling project schedules, budgets, milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing contracts, vendors and external partners, including performance monitoring against KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement and optimization.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across technical, IT, operations and procurement functions to ensure effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
  • Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, recommending mitigation actions and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing progress reports, project updates and management presentations to support informed decision-making.
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, technical infrastructure projects and enterprise systems.

 

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within infrastructure, energy, utilities or IT environments.
  • Proven experience in contract and vendor management.
  • Good understanding of technical infrastructure and information systems (e.g. GIS, EAM, monitoring platforms or similar systems).
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
