Senior Total Rewards Specialist – Attica Ad Code: STRS

The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) innovates with the goal of delivering efficient and green electrification for the country by interconnecting every corner of Greece, always staying true to its vision for the country’s energy transformation. As part of its continuous growth, IPTO is seeking to recruit a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to strengthen its team in Attica.

Your role in the team

You will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for designing, managing and optimizing company’s total rewards framework, including compensation, benefits, incentives and job evaluation systems. Your contribution will support internal equity, market competitiveness and the effective implementation of HR strategies, that enable organizational growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
• Conducting market data analysis and compensation benchmarking.
• Developing and managing job evaluation systems and grading structures.
• Managing bonus schemes and incentive plans.
• Collaborating with external consultants and service providers.
• Supporting HR strategies and organizational change initiatives.
• Preparing reports, analyses and presentations for management.

What we are looking for

Required qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in data analytics and data analysis.
• Experience in designing and implementing job evaluation and grading systems.
• Experience working in environments with mixed employment models and various contract types.
• Very good command of English.

Desired qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
